Identify yourself as a participant of the 2026 OAMSS Conference to receive the special rates quoted.

The cut off date for accepting reservations into this room block and group rate is 5/1/2026. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space/rate available basis. Check in is after 4:00pm and check out time is before 11:00am. Room rates will be guaranteed through 5/1/2026.

Conference Attire

Attire during the conference is business casual. Please remember to dress in layers during meetings due to fluctuation in room temperatures. Jeans ar welcome on Friday for travel home.

Perfume Policy

To ensure everyone’s comfort, please keep the use of perfurme/cologne to a minimum.

Cell Phones / Electronics

As a matter of courtesy to speakers and other attendees, please set all cell phones and other electronic devices to silent or vibrate mode during the conference. If you need to take a call, please leave the session to do so.

Continuing Education (CE) Credits

Pending approval from the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), we are requesting continuing education credits for our annual conference sessions and credits for the pre-conference session.

OAMSS Member Scholarships

OAMSS is please to offer conference scholarships, available to OAMSS Active members. Scholarship applications are due by April 30th and must meet scholarship criteria. Please see the attached scholarship policy and application, and submit to Jennifer Medford, the Scholarship Chair via email.

Meals

Breakfast is included on Thursday and Friday, as well as a light breakfast on Wednesday for the pre-conference group. Lunch is included on Thursday only (pre-conference participants are on your own for lunch Wednesday). Please see the Salishan Coastal Lodge website for additional dining options within the hotel, or visit Google for more dining options near the hotel.

Registration

The deadline for early bird registration is 4/30/2026. Registration received after 4/30/2026 will require an additional $100.00 fee with registration.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be provided if requested in writing by 5/1/2026. Registrants who are unable to attend may send an alternate in their place. Please contact the Board with questions at OAMSSoregon@gmail.com, or through our website at www.OAMSSoregon.org.
